1. Data controller and contact
RACINE 1634 SL, NIF B67714022, Spain, is the entity identified for this website. Contact info@solcorecompute.com for privacy enquiries and rights requests. This contact is not a claim that a data protection officer has been appointed.
2. Data processed
The form processes name, optional company, email, plan, use case and project requirements locally in browser memory. Its draft is not submitted to our systems. A copy or download remains under your control. If you separately email us, your message and contact information are used to handle that enquiry. Website delivery may involve IP address, request time, URL, browser information and security records; the actual record types depend on the hosting configuration.
3. Purposes
Current purposes: prepare a local sales enquiry, remember language preference and deliver/protect the website. Planned enquiry handling: reply to project requests, assess compatibility and prepare proposals. There is no newsletter, CRM, marketing automation or advertising tracker connected. Do not include sensitive data, credentials or confidential datasets.
4. Legal basis
Project requests made by a prospective contracting individual may be handled as precontractual steps under GDPR Article 6(1)(b). For business representatives or general enquiries, a legitimate-interest basis under Article 6(1)(f) requires an assessment appropriate to the actual handling. Legal obligations rely on Article 6(1)(c) where applicable. These bases do not authorise unrelated advertising. Any future consent-based purpose must have its own valid consent mechanism before activation.
5. Retention
The application does not persist form contents: drafts are held in page memory until cleared or the page is closed/reloaded. Downloaded and copied files remain wherever you save them. Language preference remains until site storage is cleared. Email enquiries should be retained only as necessary to handle the request and applicable legal obligations or claims. Hosting-log and mailbox retention must be configured and documented for the actual service; this policy does not assert an unverified fixed period.
6. Recipients and providers
This static export is served by the company’s selected Apache host. ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare were used for the previous preview and are not required by this package. The stylesheet requests Google Fonts, which involves connection data being sent to that provider. No CRM or automatic email integration is connected to the form. Email service and hosting arrangements must reflect the providers actually used by the company. Access to enquiries should be limited to authorised personnel and necessary service providers; legally required disclosures remain possible. Provider identities, contractual roles and processing arrangements must be verified before enabling remote form submission.
7. International transfers
Do not assume that connection data stays exclusively in Spain or the EEA. Website infrastructure and external-font services may process data in other countries. Any applicable international transfer must have the safeguards required by the GDPR. Actual destinations and mechanisms depend on the provider contracts and must be verified before remote submission is activated. You may request information on the arrangements through info@solcorecompute.com.
8. Your rights
Where applicable, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing; you may withdraw consent without affecting prior lawful processing. You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Authority (AEPD), www.aepd.es, or the competent supervisory authority. No automated decision-making or profiling feature is implemented in this website.
9. How to exercise rights
Send your request to info@solcorecompute.com, identifying the right you wish to exercise and enough information to locate the relevant processing. Additional identity verification may be requested only where necessary and proportionate. Requests are handled within applicable GDPR deadlines; any lawful extension must be explained. You may lodge a complaint with the AEPD or another competent supervisory authority.
10. Security
The deployment operator must configure HTTPS on the Apache host. No security certification or audit outcome is claimed. Before collecting remote enquiries, the company must establish proportionate access controls, secure handling, retention/deletion procedures and incident response. Email attachments and downloaded drafts should be handled securely. Notify info@solcorecompute.com of a concern about personal data.
11. Policy updates
Last updated: 5 October 2026. This policy describes the present website and distinguishes planned processing from active functionality. It must be reviewed when hosting, providers, data use or submission changes. The current version will be available on this page; relevant changes must be communicated where required by law.
